Its revolving field is driven by a single cylinder engine at about 3600 rpm. This generator should never be operated inside any building for precautionary purposes. Also the amperage of the generator should never exceed beyond the normal as it may cause damage to the generator.
One should avoid using this generator on marine applications as it does not meet US coast guard regulation 33 CFR-183. A failure to do can lead to severe damage to life and property.
